Do you really think you can employ the right candidate alone? Would you like to focus on your jobs and, yet; employ qualified candidates? If yes, you really need a waver! Every company, big or small, needs a waiver in their business dealings to achieve utmost goals.
Before driving the message of this article further, the question I would like to address is: Who is a ‘waver’? A Waver is a person who has up-skilled him or herself by successfully excelling at WAVE academy after 120 hours of the training exercise.
I believe as you read this, what comes to mind is what skills have he acquired or how relevant are the 120 hours in the professional industry. Just wait! Read more, I will answer all the mind-trekking questions thereafter.

Wavers passed through WAVE academy where they were equipped with verbal and non-verbal communication skills, customer services training, and a host of others.
As we do know that employers, like you, deserve the best candidate, we also use cutting-edge emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills to find top talent that will make your business grow faster than you imagine.

A waver is a recipe for long-term achievement in your organization, please consider this:

- A waver works with minimal supervision. He/she shows competency by possessing the necessary knowledge to effectively perform jobs. He/she has gained in-depth knowledge of the culture of teamwork and the prospects of your business.

- As creativity and problem solving are imperative in advancing the vision and mission, a waver can identify the problem of your organization and provide appropriate solutions. A waver can equally deal with obstacles and challenges as well as has the required skills to overcome them.

Ifeoluwa's admirer❤️
Her story is inspiring. I feel motivated. She is a young girl who at a tender age knows what she wants and she is working towards becoming her dreams.

I really love the transformation that Wave is causing in the lives of the young people. Mary's experience just stands out. She is more equipped to live. This and more is what young girls especially need to compete favorably in Nigeria. Apart from the people that are in Lagos state, how can youths from other states participate in this training? How much does the training cost? Before I go, I really appreciate the leadership of West African Vocational Education. God richly bless you. Thank.
