This edition shares the success story of Oluwole Awosanya and how he has been productive at McVities.

After August 2013 Oluwole Awosanya finished WAVE training, he worked at Kaizen Venture Partners as a Retail Marketing Analyst
where he earned N30, 000 monthly. His achievement at Kaizen helped him to improve more in his subsequent job. When working at Kaizen, he was able to attend to customers and interrogate them on the customer services relation. Also, he distributed questionnaires and examined customers about how to provide excellent services.

After working for nine months at Kaizen Venture Partners, he furthered his career as a Sales Officer at A & B Foods Nig Limited; an organization producing and marketing biscuit. At A & B Foods Nig, he took initiatives by supplying goods to distributors in the market. Oluwole also contributed to the company’s income by bringing in more distributors. The company's income increased geometrically from N45 million to N135 million as it's attributed to his hard work.

Presently, he manages McVities and increases the number of distributors by adding four. Based on his accomplishments on record, he is believed to be an investment at McVities.

He acknowledged the effort of WAVE for training him and continuous check-in. All the skills learned at WAVE (particularly customer service relation) have been helping him a lot: "WAVE's training helped me to understand what the customer wants; that is under-promising and over-delivering," he said.

Ifeoluwa's admirer❤️
Her story is inspiring. I feel motivated. She is a young girl who at a tender age knows what she wants and she is working towards becoming her dreams.

I really love the transformation that Wave is causing in the lives of the young people. Mary's experience just stands out. She is more equipped to live. This and more is what young girls especially need to compete favorably in Nigeria. Apart from the people that are in Lagos state, how can youths from other states participate in this training? How much does the training cost? Before I go, I really appreciate the leadership of West African Vocational Education. God richly bless you. Thank.
