An HND and Postgraduate Diploma holder at the Fidei Polytechnic Benue and the Mkara, Mkara Nigeria respectively, Clement Atoor Teruka studied Business Administration/Management and Management in the institutions as mentioned earlier. Before WAVE, he worked at Fidei Polytechnic Benue where he earned N10, 000 per month but his salary wasn’t enough to cater for the family; his wife and his two kids. Due to the surviving hardship and unable to get a better job, Clement left Benue in January 2017 to seek a career in Lagos. Arriving Lagos, he worked as a car-washer and then got a security job that led to his injury on his tomb. According to him, he decided to quit the job because they refused to pay him the one month salary he worked for. Through Shadrack-- the security man at WAVE’s headquarters, Clement Attor Terkura heard about WAVE and decided to train (at Yaba training centre) in order to get a get a sustainable job. After his training exercise, he jobshadowed as a sales representatives at Confectionately Yours where he learned the essence of integrity. Through hard work, he got his job through jobshadow at the same company, Confectionately Yours. When asked what he enjoys most about his job, "free lunch, free weekly gifts, and free medical tests are what I enjoy most in my job,” he said.

He advises job seekers to attend WAVE training in order to help them sharpen their skills.

Ifeoluwa's admirer❤️
Her story is inspiring. I feel motivated. She is a young girl who at a tender age knows what she wants and she is working towards becoming her dreams.

I really love the transformation that Wave is causing in the lives of the young people. Mary's experience just stands out. She is more equipped to live. This and more is what young girls especially need to compete favorably in Nigeria. Apart from the people that are in Lagos state, how can youths from other states participate in this training? How much does the training cost? Before I go, I really appreciate the leadership of West African Vocational Education. God richly bless you. Thank.
