Job Title: Sales Representative
Industry: Paper Packaging & Plastic Supply (Hospitality Sector)

A fast-growing company located in Surulere, Lagos is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join its dynamic team. The organization specializes in supplying paper packaging and plastic products to clients in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, hotels, and cafes.

Salary: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000
Location: Surulere, Lagos
Working Terms: Full-time, On-site (Monday – Friday)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively reach out to new clients through cold calls, visits, and networking.
  
  
• Close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  
  
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  
  
• Actively promote the company’s packaging and plastic products to clients in the hospitality sector.
  
  
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities.
  
  
• Provide timely feedback and reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
  
  
• Assist in the expansion of the company’s footprint within Lagos and beyond.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of HND or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  
  
• Proven experience in sales — experience in FMCG or hospitality supply is an added advantage.
  
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
  
  
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in pursuing new business.
  
  
• Familiarity with the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is preferred.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION

Minimum of HND/BSc in a relevant field.
