About the role

As a Product Designer, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting seamless, engaging, and visually stunning experiences that make discovering and enjoying music and podcasts intuitive and delightful.You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage user insights, and push the boundaries of design innovation to shape the next generation of Spotify products.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions across web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or other industry-standard design tools.
Solid understanding of interaction design, typography, color theory, and accessibility principles.
Experience with design systems and a data-driven approach to design decision-making.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with engineers, researchers, and product managers.
Bonus: Familiarity with motion design, prototyping tools (Framer, Principle), or front-end technologies (HTML, CSS).
Responsibilities
- Design elegant, user-centered experiences across mobile and desktop platforms.
- Leverage user research, data, and business goals to inform design decisions.
Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback. - Contribute to and evolve Spotify’s design system to ensure consistency across products.
- Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.
- Stay ahead of design trends and advocate for innovative solutions that enhance the Spotify experience.
